Tenant's Rights:

At Kease, we always care about our guests and provide ways for their comfort and protection of their rights.

  • In case the tenant finds the unit not clean upon receiving it, he/she is entitled to request a free cleaning service after contacting the customer service team.
  • In case the tenant experiences any kind of disturbance or noise during his/her stay with Kease due to external noise, he/she is entitled to request a transfer to a similar unit with the same specifications and cost, provided that an available unit is present.
  • If the tenant wishes to request additional amenities, such as an extra wardrobe, he/she can contact the customer service team and request it after paying the necessary fees if it can be provided.
  • If the tenant finds that one of the basic requirements is not available in the unit, such as shower supplies or an ironing table, he/she is entitled to receive his/her needs without any fees after contacting the customer service team.

Booking Terms:

When booking through the Kease app or website, you fully comply with all the imposed booking terms, which include cancellation and no-show policies, as well as any other conditions imposed on you during your stay or booking.

  • The check-in time for the unit is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time for the unit is 11:00 AM.
  • If the tenant wishes to extend their stay, please contact the customer service team 24 hours before the checkout time to ensure the availability of the unit.
  • Hosting parties and disturbing other tenants may result in legal action and Kease has the right to immediately evict the guest.
  • Parking is only allowed in the designated parking area. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
  • Trash must be taken out between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and guests are expected to adhere to the designated time.
  • Any damages to the unit or its furniture will be charged to the guest.
  • Kease is not responsible for any lost items after checkout.
  • Delay in payment of outstanding amounts after the extension may result in eviction at any time until payment is made.
  • Smoking cigarettes or shisha is prohibited in residential units, and a fine will be imposed for any violations.
  • Maximum Occupancy: The tenant must strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified in the reservation details. Overcrowding is prohibited. In case of violation, the company reserves the right to terminate the booking, evict the guests immediately without a refund, or apply additional fees per unauthorized person.
  • Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit may be required upon confirming the booking to cover potential damages or fines. This deposit will be refunded to the customer's bank account after check-out following a thorough inspection of the unit.

Changes to the Reservation, Cancellation, or No-Show:

  • If the housing unit is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, the company has the right to replace the original housing unit with another unit that has the same or higher specifications, without any additional payments.
  • It is possible to cancel or modify the reservation 24 hours before the check-in time.
  • Cancellation or modification is not possible after check-in.
  • No refund can be requested if the customer shortens the reservation or requests an early check-out.
  • For paid reservations, the amount will be deposited into the wallet or bank account according to the customer's preference.

Compensation and Liability Determination:

  • Your use of the Kease app and website means that you agree to hold us harmless and compensate us for any damage (whether direct or indirect resulting from misuse) and to comply with any claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees).
  • Liability Waiver for Personal Injuries and Accidents: The tenant explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the use of the residential unit and any associated building amenities is entirely at their own risk. The company shall not bear any legal or financial liability for any personal injuries, accidents, health damages, or fatalities suffered by the tenant or their visitors within the unit or building, unless it is proven by a final court ruling to be the direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the company.

General Terms of Use:

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of the Kease website and applications.

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the use of the residential units, shall be settled amicably in the first instance. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
