The location and the comfort of the apartment. There is no cleaning tools for long term stay guests, and the Internet service is very bad.

Location, price, size, stuff, parking and cozy. Bed sheet cleanliness, TV wasn’t smart, wifi slow and some time stopping and trash bag limited not suitable for long stay. * Master room A/C tripped several time when start raining out side.
